The staff was very very nice, accommodating. I had a twin room and it was new-fashioned with the bedroom as well as seperate toilet.

The location was good and magnificent, you can visit Hospice by walking. It also was near bridge.

Exceptional hotel, relaxing spa, amazing barbecue dinner, free parking, friendly staff.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The location of this place is perfect, situated along the river on the edge of the town center. Being just outside the hustle and bustle, I appreciated the peacefulness and tranquility it provided. The service here was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly helpful and friendly. They made sure I felt welcome and attended to all my needs. The room amenities were excellent, with everything from ironing facilities to a mini-bar, providing enhanced comfort during my stay. Additionally, the hotel's beautiful terrace and garden area added to the overall ambiance, making it a delightful space to relax and unwind.

I was there for 1 night and would definitely stop here again. The good location was a short walk from Pont Vieux Bridge. It was located in a comfortable area. My privilege queen room and bed were extremely comfy. The staff were efficient all of the time.

This is a very comfortable hotel which is located in a very convenient position for the centre of the town. The room was well appointed and it was nice to have a shower and a bath. There are good leisure facilities although the pool is quite small. Parking was good.

Although I had booked a room with a view of the garden or river we were given a room with a view of the car park.

Would not recommend this hotel. Our room had a wet carpet from the air con unit and only 3 hand towels for 4 people. We ate in the bistro and the service was rude and hurried. Its a beautiful building but unfortunately the service does not come up to a 4star standard.

I had a really enjoyable stay at a beautiful hotel for my friend's wedding. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the hotel itself is a stunning remodelling of an old Abbey. The location is perfect, just a short walk from a central square with great restaurant options. I would highly recommend this hotel.
